Personal Edition License Agreement Information
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
The author grants to you ("Licensee") a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Power Render 6 Software Development Kit (hereafter referred to as Power Render "Software") for personal use and evaluation purposes only.

Using Power Render indicates that the licensee understands and accept all the terms of this license.

You may distribute it to others, provided that the Software is redistributed in it''s original unmodified form, no fee is charged for such distribution, and the "Power Render" watermark is displayed during execution of the software.

This license applies to all the files distributed in the original Power Render archive, including all the source code, binaries and documentation in its original, unmodified form as distributed in the original archive.

2. DISTRIBUTION
This license is for personal evaluation only and the Licensee may not distribute end user programs created with Power Render under this license.

3. COPYRIGHT
The Software is owned by Egerter Software or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, except that you may copy and redistribute the Software in accordance with this License.

4. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent, lease or loan the Software, but you may redistribute the Software and accompanying written materials in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.

5. NO WARRANTY
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Should the Software prove defective, you assume the cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Egerter Software or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, with limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability of Power Render, even if Egerter Software has been advised of such damages.

7. GOVERNMENT-RESTRICTED RIGHTS
The Software and accompanying documentation are deemed to be "commercial computer software" and "commercial computer software documentation", respectively, pursuant to DFAR Section 227.7202 and FAR Section 12.212, as applicable. Any use, modification, reproduction release, performance, display or disclosure of the software and accompanying documentation shall be governed solely by the terms of this Agreement and shall be prohibited except to the extent expressly permitted by the terms of this Agreement.
